Quality Systems Lab has an established reputation in the Biopharmaceutical Industry servicing such clients as Pfizer, Wyeth, and Watson Pharmaceuticals. Our contracts have included simple two-day instrument calibrations to ten-month  on-site support for initial start-up to commissioning.

Facility and Environment
Many pharmaceutical calibrations require stringently controlled environmental conditions which we maintain at our main calibration lab in Boca Raton, Florida.

Equipment
Quality Systems Lab maintains very accurate and sophisticated thermomdynamic standards to perform temperature calibrations. QSL owns fixed point cells, several Hart Scientific Temperature Baths, and Super Thermometer standards. We perform primary calibrations for other calibration companies as well as our pharmaceutical clients.

We also calibrate ValProbes using Kaye Instrument's Validation Modules and software routines.  We are priced competitively to attract the South Florida Market. Our turn-around time is usually 1/3 that of the manufacturer.

Many of our pharmaceutical clients also utilize our services to perform their pipette calibrations each quarter. QSL's automated pipette calibrations provide consistently reliable results that are repeatable for each calibration cycle. Our standard methodology involves gravimetric pipette calibrations under strictly controlled conditions in our Boca Raton calibration lab.
